How booking works

Submitting the booking form on this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Nothing is reserved and no payment is taken at that point.

• You submit a booking request through the website
• Our team contacts you to confirm availability and the total cost
• You make payment
• We confirm your reservation and hold the room for the dates agreed

A room is only reserved once we have received payment and confirmed the booking to you. Until then, availability may change.

Rates and availability

Room rates and availability shown on this website are indicative and may change. The rate that applies to your stay is the one we confirm to you when we contact you about your request. All rates are in Nigerian Naira.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date are fully refunded
• Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a one-night charge
• No-show reservations are charged in full

If your plans change, contact us directly. We handle special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM noon. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability.

House rules

• All rooms are non-smoking
• Pets are not permitted
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay
• We may refuse or end a stay where a guest behaves in a way that endangers or disturbs others

Using this website
