Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Greenpoint Hotels website and when you request a booking through it. By using this site you accept them.

Who we are

This website is operated by Greenpoint Hotel Limited, RC 996778, trading as Greenpoint Hotels, of No. 20 Fatai Irawo Street, Off International Airport Road, Ajao Estate, Lagos, Nigeria.

How booking works

Submitting the booking form on this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Nothing is reserved and no payment is taken at that point.

• You submit a booking request through the website
• Our team contacts you to confirm availability and the total cost
• You make payment
• We confirm your reservation and hold the room for the dates agreed

A room is only reserved once we have received payment and confirmed the booking to you. Until then, availability may change.

Rates and availability

Room rates and availability shown on this website are indicative and may change. The rate that applies to your stay is the one we confirm to you when we contact you about your request. All rates are in Nigerian Naira.

Cancellations

Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation attracts a charge of 15% of the total booking value.

Where a reservation is cancelled on the scheduled arrival date, the full room charge for that first night applies in place of the 15% charge.

If your plans change, please contact our front desk as early as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 NOON. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability.

House rules

• All rooms are non-smoking
• Pets are not permitted
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay
• We may refuse or end a stay where a guest behaves in a way that endangers or disturbs others
