Greenpoint Hotel was born from a simple belief - that every traveller deserves a place that feels like home. Founded in 2010 in Ajao Estate, Lagos, we set out to build more than just a hotel. We wanted to create a sanctuary where warmth meets modernity, and where every detail reflects genuine care.

Over the years, we have grown - adding rooms, expanding our restaurant, opening our spa, and welcoming thousands of guests from across Nigeria and around the world. But through every expansion, our core has remained unchanged: people first, always.

Today, Greenpoint Hotel stands as one of Lagos's most trusted hospitality brands - not because we are the largest, but because our guests keep coming back. That loyalty is our greatest honour and our greatest motivation.

We added 12 new rooms including our first Executive Suites, responding to growing demand from corporate guests.

Restaurant & Bar Launch

Our full-service restaurant and bar opened, bringing a curated dining experience that blends Nigerian cuisine with international flavours.
